Cauliflower Power!

Did you know that Cauliflower had a ton of nutritional benefits including helping to prevent liver disease, heart disease, and even help in aiding weight loss!

My favorite way to incorporate cauliflower in my week is to keep bags of frozen cauliflower rice and mixing it into different stirfry combos! You can also buy heads of fresh cauliflower and steam it! Since cauliflower doesn't have a naturally strong taste, you can add whatever seasonings to top, to really bring out the flavors!
